A hands-on plot to plate edible workshop wherein participants harvest, cook and eat a sustainable meal. 
 
Members of Shap climate change reading group will assist with analysing the carbon footprint of the meal by referring to books we have read over the past year. The meal will be costed as if it was bought at the closest shop, and the nutritional value of the meal will also be analysed.
