Penrith Repair Café

Fix it at a repair Café

How can we make the best use of the resources we've got on this earth? If you've got something, keep using it! However, what happens if your chair is wobbly or jumper has got a hole in – they need fixing!

Getting something fixed might mean returning it under guarantee or getting it repaired under your house insurance. However many things won't be covered like this. Don't give up! Help is at hand – read on...

PACT is running Repair Cafés in Penrith based at the Old Fire Station in Penrith - every month on the second Saturday in the morning from 10am to 1pm. Thanks very much to Eden Arts for the use of the venue.

This summer, we're opening up the doors to make the Repair Café even more of a community event: a Eco-Hub. We hope to have more room for a stall or two inside and space for a small car boot sale in the rear car park - and that artists studios in the rest of building will be opened up. Please get in touch if you'd like a space.
