Hi all I have not seen minutes for the last meeting but I understand it was a select group of experts. I have therefore left the first part of the agenda open ended so we can pick up any issues raised or items carried over from the last agenda.

  • Transition Towns film event – how do we make this happen?
  • Funding for PACT – NB there is funding currently available from the Penrith Lottery (Penrith only events/activities) and from the EDC community fund. This latter fund needs to be orientated towards establishing sustainable communities.
  • Speaker for AGM 2012
  • Other items
• Legal constitution of PACT (15 mins) – I will bring copies of previously circulated papers which were distributed with the September agenda.
• DVD for Story Giants of Eden Project. (5 mins)
• Car Sharing Club Scheme – next steps (10 mins)
• Upcoming events (5 mins)
  • Food group debate 9^th Nov
  • Energy Group meeting
  • Airtightness testing of Applegarth
  • Meetings in December
• A.O.B. I suspect there are other issues which I have missed so we will add these to the agenda at the beginning of the meeting.

Note I suspect that it will be a challenge to complete this agenda in the time available so I have given some indicative times to agenda items.
