PACT was formed in 2008 as an Unincorporated Association. This association closed in 2013 with the agreement of its members at the AGM of 10 July 2013. All assets and responsibilities are transferred to the new PACT Ltd structure, an Industrial and Provident Society for the Benefit of the Community, which was formed on 5 March 2013.
