The Council is planning a food event in Penrith on the weekend of the 21st/22nd July.
This will consist of a variety of events (including cookery demonstrations etc), stands entertainment etc. They have asked if we would take a stand on the Saturday (21st). This would give us a good opportunity to advertise PACT and promote the communal garden event, planters and other local food activities, including maybe the community ownership of the Mill. They are offering a 3 by 3 meter gazebo. This would take some preparation but would give us an opportunity to show case PACT. It also would give us reason to recontact the many people who attended the Incredible Todmorden debate.
