  • The portable oven's been on the rampage again, this time back at Crosby Ravensworth for their seasonal food market. I have felt over the past season that the oven could perform better than it has been doing and to try and improve its performance I thought I would try and increase its insulation efficiency - sand takes far too long to dry out before being useful and is very heavy to carry from venue to venue. I resolved to try something else - Perlite.
