    Kirkby Stephen's first Repair Cafe opens its doors on Wed 3 May 2-4pm at Kirkby Stephen Community Centre, in association with Kirkby Stephen and Upper Eden Good Neighbours Scheme. It’s so much better to fix things if possible, rather than chuck them out and buy replacements. If you’ve got something that needs fixing, bring it along!

Joan Robinson will present slides and tell the story so far.. how it all started, kept growing and the future. Thursday 25th May 7.00 at The Salvation Army, Hunter Lane (park behind in EDC carpark). Free Admission Coffee and Cake (although donations toward cost of the Hall and the Stricklandgate Lavender Replacement Fund would be welcome.)
